Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free, fully insured, anywhere we deliver. Lost or damaged in transit? We replace it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). After that:
— Netherlands: 3–5 business days
— United Kingdom: 4–6
— Ireland: 6–10
— United States: 5–8
— Canada: 8–10
— Australia: 4–7
— New Zealand: 6–10
For weddings, Eid, and other dated events, we recommend ordering at least three weeks ahead.
Which countries do you ship to?
The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. More markets are coming as we expand — drop us your country at info@mysticmodesty.com and we'll let you know when we ship there.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — customs and duties are already included. Nothing extra waiting for you at delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel ships, a tracking link lands in your inbox. You can also check status anytime through our tracking portal.
My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received it.
This is rare, but we take it seriously. Please file a police report (our couriers and insurance partners require one), then email us at info@mysticmodesty.com with your order number and a copy of the report. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
Small, Medium, Large, and XL — across all four signature styles.
How do I find the right size?
Use Find My Size on any product page. Tell it your age, height, and weight, and you'll get a personalized recommendation in seconds.
If you'd rather measure yourself, the Size Chart on the same page gives the exact bust, waist, hip, and length measurements for every size.
Both Saffira (pleated) and Mariya (smooth satin) include a tie-back waist for adjustable fit — so a few centimeters in either direction is rarely a problem.
What if I'm between sizes?
Run Find My Size first — it's accurate. If you're still on the line between two sizes, size up. The tie-back waist gives roughly 10 cm of adjustment, and the modest silhouette is forgiving.
Can I request alterations?
We don't offer custom alterations — we keep things to four standard sizes so the line stays consistent. If you need a small adjustment after delivery, a local tailor will handle it easily. The tie-back waist already takes care of most fit nuances.

What fabrics do you use?
Premium evening satin (Saffira and Mariya), lightweight chiffon over a satin base (Yasmine), and plush evening velvet (Camille). Every dress is fully lined.
Are your dresses fully lined?
Yes — every style. No slip needed underneath.
Saffira vs. Mariya — what's the difference?
Both are evening satin maxis with long sleeves and a tie-back waist. The difference is texture:
— Saffira is hand-pleated through the skirt — there's movement, depth, and architectural folds in every photo.
— Mariya is smooth — the satin falls in one clean line, more polished and minimal.
Both pair beautifully with a hijab and heels. Pick based on the energy you want — Saffira reads romantic, Mariya reads quiet drama.
Is Camille (velvet) suitable for formal events?
Yes — Camille was made for them. Light-weight evening velvet, modest high collar, long wide sleeves, floor-length cut. Engagements, Eid celebrations, galas, formal dinners. It holds structure through wear and looks expensive in person.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return — and the parcel needs to ship back within those 14 days. Items should be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
How do I return an order?
Through our online returns portal — order number plus zip code, pick a reason, follow the steps. International return shipping is at your cost (deducted from your refund as a handling fee). The exact amount shows before you confirm — no surprises.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We make it right. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@mysticmodesty.com — once approved, we cover return shipping and process a full refund with no fees.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — subject to size availability. Start through the returns portal within 14 days of delivery and select "Exchange" as your reason.
USA only — can I return an order shipped to the United States?
Orders to the US are final sale — international return shipping costs are too high for us to absorb fairly. Damaged or wrong items are still covered (contact us within 48 hours of delivery).
Please use Find My Size and the Size Chart before ordering to the US.
