At Mystic Modesty, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Below you’ll find all the key details about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.

All orders are shipped with insured shipping at no extra cost to you. This means you're fully covered in case of loss, or delivery issues — so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently shipping to: The Netherlands and the United Kingdom
  • Future expansion: We are actively exploring shipping to more countries. Stay tuned!

2. Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands & UK: Free insured shipping on all orders
  • No hidden fees: All costs are clearly shown at checkout

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET: Processed the next business day
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on the next working day

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery Window: 5–12 business days after shipment
  • Shipping Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Good news — you’ll never be charged extra for customs!

We take care of all customs duties and import taxes on our end. Whether you’re ordering from the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, there will be no surprise fees, no customs paperwork, and no unexpected charges. You simply pay what you see at checkout — that’s it.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Delivery Confirmed but Parcel Not Received

If your tracking shows that the parcel was delivered but you didn’t receive it (e.g., not in your mailbox, safe place, or with a neighbour):

  1. Please first file a police report stating the parcel was lost or potentially stolen after delivery
  2. Then contact our support team with your order number and a copy of the police report

We cannot assist with “delivered but not received” claims unless a police report has been filed first, as this is a requirement from our courier partners and insurance providers.

We understand this can be frustrating — we’ll do everything we can to support you once that step is completed.

8. Damaged or Missing Items in the Package

  • Missing item? Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Resolution: We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome
