1. Where we ship

Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. More markets coming.

2. Cost

Free insured shipping for every market we ship to. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

3. Processing

1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

— Netherlands: 3–5 business days
— United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
— Ireland: 6–10 business days
— United States: 5–8 business days
— Canada: 8–10 business days
— Australia: 4–7 business days
— New Zealand: 6–10 business days

Shipping days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times are estimates — delays from customs, weather, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

5. Customs and import duties

Included. No surprise charges at delivery. No customs paperwork on your side.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Check status anytime via our tracking portal. Need help? Email info@mysticmodesty.com.

7. Delivered but not received

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't where it should be:
— Please file a police report stating the parcel was lost or stolen after delivery.
— Then contact us with your order number and a copy of the report.

Couriers and insurance partners require the police report before we can investigate. We know it's frustrating — once that step is done, we'll do everything we can to resolve it.

8. Damaged or missing items

Email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
