We want every Mystic Modesty piece to feel just right. If something is not quite what you expected, we have made the process as clear, fair, and simple as possible.
Before requesting a refund, we always recommend considering an exchange or store credit first. In many cases, these options allow you to keep more value from your purchase and find the piece that works best for you.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed through mysticmodesty.com, including full-price items, sale items, and eligible promotional items, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as return options may vary depending on the country your order is shipped to.
2. Return Window
Eligible return, exchange, and store credit requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The item must also be shipped back within the same 14-day window. Returns that are submitted or shipped after this period cannot be accepted.
3. Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds
If your item is not quite right, you may have different options available depending on your location.
Exchanges are the best option if you love the item but need a different size, colour, or eligible style. For eligible UK and EU orders, exchanges are free. This means we cover the return label and the shipping of the replacement item, so you can get the right piece without losing the value of your purchase.
Store Credit is a great option if you are not ready to choose a replacement right away. Store credit allows you to keep the value of your purchase available for a future order. When eligible, choosing store credit gives you a 20% bonus, giving you even more value to use on your next order.
Refunds are also available for eligible returns. Please note that for UK and EU orders, refunds are subject to a handling fee. This fee covers the return shipping label and any customs clearance or import processing costs involved in receiving the parcel back into the Netherlands. The exact fee is shown before you confirm your return request.
4. UK & EU Orders
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, eligible return requests can be handled through our online returns portal.
Before starting your request, please review the options below so you can choose the one that gives you the best outcome.
Free Exchange (Recommended)
If you love your item but need a different size, colour, or eligible style, we recommend choosing a free exchange.
For eligible UK and EU orders, we cover the return label and the shipping of the replacement item. This means you can get the right piece without losing the value of your original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item costs more than your original item, you may need to pay the difference. If the replacement item costs less, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.
Store Credit — Best Value
If you are not ready to choose a replacement right away, store credit is often the option that provides the most value.
When eligible, store credit comes with a 20% bonus.
For example, if your eligible return value is £80, you'll receive £100 in store credit to use whenever you'd like.
Whether you're shopping for your next event, wedding, Eid celebration, holiday, special occasion, or simply find another style you love later on, you'll have more value available to spend than your original purchase amount.
Store credit is issued after your return has been received and approved.
Return for Refund
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, this is also available for eligible UK and EU returns.
For refunds, the portal will provide a return shipping label. The cost of this label, together with any customs clearance or import processing costs, will be deducted from your refund as a handling fee.
The exact handling fee will be shown in the portal before you confirm your return request, so you can review everything before making your final choice.
Most customers choose an exchange or store credit when they still like the style, as these options help preserve more of the value from the original purchase.
All UK and EU exchanges, store credit requests, and refund requests must be submitted through our online returns portal.

In the portal, you will be asked to enter your order number and shipping postcode, select the item you would like to return or exchange, and choose your preferred option.
5. International Orders Outside the UK & EU
For international orders outside the UK and EU, all return requests must still be submitted through our online returns portal.

The portal will provide the return instructions, but it will not generate a return shipping label for orders outside the UK and EU.
It is important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Mystic Modesty for orders outside the UK and EU. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself, so we strongly recommend using a reliable tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
To avoid delays, customs issues, or refusal of delivery, all return shipments must be sent with duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees fully prepaid by the sender. This is often referred to as DDP or Delivered Duty Paid.
We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, abandoned, refused by customs, returned to sender, or unable to be delivered because duties, taxes, or customs fees were not paid by the sender.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit can only be processed once the return has been successfully delivered to us and approved after inspection.
6. USA Orders — Final Sale
Orders shipped to the United States are final sale.
Due to international shipping costs, customs processing costs, and the cost of providing free outbound shipping, we are unable to offer standard returns, exchanges, or store credit on US orders.
US orders are only eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysticmodesty.com and include clear photos showing the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Before ordering, please use the Find My Size tool on the product page and refer to the Size Chart. We have made the size guidance as detailed as possible to help you choose the right fit the first time.
7. Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and hangtags must still be attached
- The item must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear
- The item must not be altered, misused, damaged, or washed after delivery
- Any gifts, accessories, or extra items included with the original order must also be returned
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
8. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Custom or personalised items
- Hygiene-sensitive items, such as socks, underwear, or swimwear, once the seal is broken
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned without original hangtags, labels, or packaging
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake, we will make it right.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysticmodesty.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.
10. Refund Processing
Once your return has arrived, we will inspect it within a few business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and make it visible in your account.
Mystic Modesty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
11. Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can cancel and refund your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled and you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery, if your order is eligible.
12. Parcel Says “Delivered” But I Never Received It
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please file a police report and contact us with your order number and a copy of the report. We'll work with our courier and insurance partners to investigate the issue.
13. Your Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
