Camille - Black

The Camille in black is a long black evening dress with sleeves, cut in lightweight viscose velvet with a high neck, wide bell sleeves and a floor length hem. The pile is very short and flat pressed, polished to a gentle sheen, and the dress is fully lined and fully opaque, so the formality is built in and nothing needs layering or adjusting on the night. Two back ties fasten in a bow at the waist, leaving the front perfectly clean.

Black velvet is the most formal fabric and colour pairing in our collection. Worn with a black satin hijab it becomes a black hijab evening dress with real presence; worn with loose hair and gold jewellery it is simply the dress everyone asks about.
